How to Read a Structural Audit Report Before Buying

A fresh coat of paint can hide a crack. It can’t fix the reason that crack appeared.

Before you pay a booking amount, a structural audit report can tell you far more than a broker’s “everything is fine.” But only if you know what you’re reading, what is missing, and where the report stops being evidence.

Buying an apartment is also buying into years of decisions by a developer, contractor, managing committee, and local authority. Start with the documents, then make the building answer for itself.
