THE BETTER HUMAN LIFE FOUNDATION is a registered Section 8 non-profit enterprise dedicated to climate advocacy, biodiversity restoration, and educational empowerment. This policy outlines the shipping and delivery frameworks for our physical assets, sponsorships, and community kits.

1. Nature of Shipments & Deliveries

Depending on the type of campaign or product selected on our platform, fulfillment is handled via two distinct pathways:

• Direct Doorstep Shipping: For specific physical items, educational toolkits, or community conservation products ordered or sponsored for personal use, items are dispatched directly to the shipping address provided by the user during checkout.

• Ground Deployments: For physical conservation assets explicitly supported via public sponsorships for field placement (such as regional solar water stations or public bird nests), the installation is executed directly on the ground by our internal project teams in designated focus zones rather than being sent to a residential address.

2. Shipping Timelines & Transit Partners

For all items requiring direct doorstep shipping:

• Processing Time: Orders and product sponsorships are processed and packed within 2 to 3 business days from the date of transaction confirmation.

• Transit Time: Once dispatched, domestic shipments within India typically take 5 to 7 business days to arrive at your doorstep, depending on the destination region.

• Logistics Partners: We partner with reputed domestic courier networks and aggregators (such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, or India Post) to ensure safe and trackable delivery.

3. Shipping Charges & Tracking

• Shipping Fees: Any applicable shipping and handling charges will be clearly displayed at the time of checkout before you finalize your payment.

• Order Tracking: As soon as your package is handed over to our logistics partner, a tracking link and shipment ID will be automatically transmitted to your registered email address within 24 hours, allowing you to monitor the live delivery transit.

4. Digital Delivery

• All digital assets—including donation receipts, tax-exempt acknowledgements, sponsorship certificates, and publication updates—are delivered entirely via electronic means.

• These digital documents will be transmitted directly to your registered email address within 24 to 48 hours of a successful transaction.
