Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for supporting THE BETTER HUMAN LIFE FOUNDATION. We deeply value your commitment to our environmental missions, climate literacy initiatives, and ground-level conservation projects.

Because of our legal structure as a Section 8 non-profit organization, we maintain a transparent policy regarding financial contributions:

1. Donations and Voluntary Contributions

  • No Refunds: All financial contributions, voluntary donations, and sponsorships made toward our campaigns/missions are deployed immediately to procure materials and execute field operations. Consequently, all donations are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • No Cancellations: Once a donation transaction is successfully processed through our payment gateways, it cannot be cancelled or reversed.

2. Event Registrations and Campaign Fees

  • If you pay a registration or entry fee to participate in any of our regional educational conclaves, workshops, or specialized structural distributions, these fees are non-refundable.

  • In the rare event that a physical conclave or program is entirely cancelled by the Foundation due to unforeseen operational blockages, your registration fee will be credited toward a future rescheduled event or converted into a direct voluntary donation to our core green funds, based on your preference.

3. Transaction Errors and Duplicate Debits

  • In case of a technical glitch where your bank account is debited multiple times or an excess amount is transferred due to a network error on the payment gateway, please notify us immediately at support@thebetterhuman.life.

  • Upon verification of the duplicate transaction log with our bank, we will initiate a chargeback or direct reversal for the duplicate amount. The approved refund will be processed back to the original payment source within 7 to 10 business days as per standard banking timelines.
