In compliance with the DPDP Act 2026, The Better Human (TBH) acts as a “Data Fiduciary.” By interacting with our platform or donating to our missions, you provide explicit consent for the processing of your personal data.

II. Information We Collect

• Donors: Name, PAN/Aadhaar (mandatory for Form 10BD/80G compliance), Address, and Email.

• Field Data: To maintain our “Action Over Theory” promise, we collect geo-tagged photos and GPS coordinates of all installations. This data is public; however, donor names are only displayed with explicit “Opt-In” consent.

III. Purpose of Collection

• Fulfillment: Tracking your contribution to the specific mission/s.

• Statutory Compliance: Filing donation statements with the Income Tax Department and the Registrar of Trusts.

• Zero Marketing: We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for commercial marketing.

IV. Your Rights
