2. Agreement to Terms
By accessing this platform, reviewing our long-form publications, or participating in our environmental and social advocacy tracks, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of our platform.
3. Financial Mechanics & Processing (Important Compliance Notice)
-
Onboarding Phase: The Foundation is currently finalizing its dedicated, institutional banking infrastructure with our digital onboarding partners.
-
Voluntary Support & Tracking: Until our institutional payment gateway integration is fully operational, any micro-contributions or logistical expenses borne directly by supporters/directors are categorized as voluntary field contributions. All such transactions are tracked meticulously via unique transaction logs and documented via internal institutional vouchers.
-
Tax Exemption Status: Applications for provisional certifications under Section 12A and Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961, are under process. Contributors explicitly acknowledge that tax-deduction certificates cannot be generated retroactively for field contributions deployed prior to final statutory approval by the Income Tax authorities.
4. The “100% Leakage-Proof” Direct Field Commitment
-
Zero Administrative Deductions: The Better Human Life Foundation operates on an ironclad, absolute transparency framework. One hundred percent (100%) of public contributions allocated to a specific mission go directly to field execution (procurement and structural deployment of bird nests, watering pots, climate literacy toolkits, or emergency storm relief).
-
Founder’s Operational Pledge: All corporate administrative costs, website infrastructure maintenance, statutory compliance fees, operational overheads, and secondary field tracking costs are personally and entirely borne by the founders. No operational leakages are deducted from public contributions.
-
Field Variables: While we guarantee transparency through geo-tagged logs, live tracking data, and programmatic milestone updates, environmental variables (extreme weather events, structural deterioration, or external ecosystem disruptions) may affect long-term survival rates of biodiversity infrastructure. The Foundation commits to honest, public reporting of these field realities.
5. Intellectual Property & Academic Usage
-
Copyright Restrictions: All original long-form articles, research deep-dives regarding the Circular Economy and Eco-Anxiety, design frameworks for urban nesting boxes, and interactive educational content published on this platform are the intellectual property of The Better Human Life Foundation.
-
Permitted Personal Use: Users are highly encouraged to share, download, and distribute platform materials for academic, personal, educational, and public awareness campaigns.
-
Commercial Prohibition: Any commercial reproduction, monetized redistribution, or unauthorized corporate replication of our original text or programmatic methodologies without express written consent from the Board of Directors is strictly prohibited.
6. Data Governance & Privacy
Your digital interactions with this platform are explicitly protected under our Privacy Policy, which is structured in strict alignment with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act.
-
Data Minimization: We collect only the baseline personal identifiers (Legal Name, Email, and PAN) necessary to maintain compliance with Indian statutory laws.
-
No Commercialization: The Foundation does not trade, monetize, sell, or leak your personal data to third-party ad networks. Your data is handled exclusively for direct mission communication and regulatory compliance.
7. No-Refund Policy
Due to the operational nature of our social work, all contributions are converted into raw field materials or humanitarian aid deployments immediately upon receipt (e.g., immediate material procurement for urban nesting projects or rapid storm relief deployments). Consequently, the Foundation does not facilitate or issue financial refunds once a transaction or contribution is authorized.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal proceedings, disputes, or claims arising out of your interaction with the Foundation’s digital platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
