My Transformation Towards Veganism 🌱

Being a Bengali where fish, meat, milk, and dairy were a normal part of life. Like many others, I never questioned the suffering hidden behind these products.

Everything changed when I started listening to Acharya Prashant in late 2025. For the first time, I became aware of the exploitation and violence faced by animals in the food industry.

I had already stopped consuming meat, fish, and eggs in 2024, but after learning about the dairy industry, I embraced veganism in January 2026 and have been strictly vegan since April 2026.

Looking back, I feel regretβ€”not because I intended harm, but because I was unaware. This journey is not about guilt; it is about awakening.

If unnecessary suffering is inflicted on innocent beings for our taste, habit, or tradition, what is our responsibility?

For me, the answer is simple: to live with greater awareness, compassion, and honesty, and to help others become aware.

The world does not need more judgment; it needs more awareness. Compassion should never be partial.

I agree with whatever you have mentioned. Appreciate your plans to save humanity and this planet. One most important thing you shared from your heart is....

The World does not need more judgement; it needs more awareness.

I strongly agree.

Wishing you and your team all the best.

Saket SambhavΒ  Thank you, Saket Ji, for your generous words. The credit truly goes to the teachings that helped me see my conditioning and question it honestly. What I once considered normal was often just inherited habit and social influence. The journey of learning, unlearning, and becoming more aware is still ongoing. Grateful for your encouragement and guidance. πŸ™πŸ€
