On June 5 — World Environment Day — I'm offering something different.

Not a talk about the environment. A 90-minute inquiry about the people working to change it.

The session is called Who is holding you? — and it makes one argument: that the most urgent environmental work begins inside the leaders driving it. That systems change requires people who are not running on empty. That giving without a return path — to communities, to causes, to the planet — eventually hollows out.

We'll spend 90 minutes in genuine inquiry. Real questions. Small group. No slides.

When? Friday, June 5 | World Environment Day
Time: 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM
Medium: Online — Zoom (link will be sent via email to registered participants)
Energy: Pay as you can (suggested contbtn: Rs.399/-
Limited to 15 participants.

See you on Jun 5.

Who is holding you?

Hello friends,

Regeneration is a daily practice. Not a framework we read through, or a concept we try and memorize. It is a way of thinking, doing, and being.

As an organisation focused on Regenerative Leadership, we are constantly figuring out practices which we can share with others. We want to listen to the problems faced by the leaders and founders in the social sector and help them figure a way in which they can actively regenerate themselves and the cause they are working towards.

I propose two options: 1. Please leave some questions every once in a while and we can problem solve for one another, through this forum. 2. We can host some regular circles where we can share the challenges we face and do this in live meeting format.

Leave your responses here and I am happy to take this forward.

Thanks,

Jayashree

Conscious Spaces Talk Series

Here is something I wrote for those who want to understand more about Regeneration. Consider this a primer. There is more information and knowledge coming out as we speak. But this can help you get started in a simple way. https://open.substack.com/pub/jayarasu/p/regeneration-is-not-a-new-idea?r=2s90o5&utm_campaign=post-expanded-share&utm_medium=web

My aim is to curate stories of regeneration, the principles of regeneration from the ground up - as it is embedded in our everyday lives - especially in our villages, traditional practices, and rituals.

So if you have some thoughts on that, I'd love to get the conversation started here.
